As mentioned by FUNimation on Facebook, Amazon is selling a select group of the Texas-based distributor’s anime titles with discounted prices in accordance to the Gold Box Deal of the Day. The cost for each product is reduced by over 60%, and consists of several complete shows, with half the line-up containing the original Dragon Ball series and movie compilations at their entirety. This should be great for those whose willing to embrace the classic series uncut and as a whole.

This deal lasts for today only. So if you’ve been waiting to own some FUNimation DVDs with the money you’ve saved up, you can gloss through the line-up and try to find what title interests you:

If you’re not digging the Dragon Ball DVDs that largely occupy the list, there’s always the wildly entertaining and stylized Black Lagoon series or Hellsing Ultimate OVAs to give you more than your money’s worth. The Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood series is also a fun watch, and the discounted prices looks convincing for those who plan to own the physical versions.
