3DS Bravely Default

Today is a great, great day to be a fan of gaming in general and the 3DS specifically. We have previously covered the localization of Bravely Default Flying Fairy for the West in 2014, and today it has been confirmed to be a reality. This charming and amazing looking game looks to truly reinvigorate Square Enix, at least in the minds of the niche gamers of the world. With beautiful art by Akihiko Yoshida and flawless music composed by Revo, this upcoming 3DS title looks like it will stun fans everywhere when it is finally released. Until a solid release date is officially announced, you can all enjoy the following trailer!

He joined Operation Rainfall last year while following it on Facebook. • Man, I’m pretty psyched for this game. Too bad it’s not coming out until next year for those of us in the US.

  • See I’ve been saying all along it was coming. Y’all just needed a little more patience.

    • cowmilk9

You know that the reason they are localizing it is because of fan outcry, right? So it’s a darn good thing we don’t have patience, really. 😛

    • Patience doesn’t get games localised. Being vocal does.

  • Is this getting released in the US, or just the EU?

    • sakeah

US also, just in 2014. cant wait though, why not sooner. i hope they dont change the title for it or alter it alittle.

  • Overjoyed it’s being localised but 2014….we’re not even halfway through 2013 yet.

    • That’s a good thing, man. 2013 has been crazy with game releases, especially the 3DS. I personally need a break, but aslong as we know the game is coming!

    • madmofo145

But you assume 2014 won’t be equally crowded. I do think there is some worry that what was one of the big early games may seem slightly outclassed by some upcoming releases, but I’m certainly super hyped for this and will be getting this game on day one of it’s release.

    • I doubt it will. Publishers have frontloaded 2013 specifically because new consoles will hit during the holiday season. 2014 won’t be as packed for that reason.

  • Lazy

2014? Why? What’s going to take so long?

    • sfds

Normally I would be with you on this, but please don’t find something to whine about with this!
