(Japan) Sayonara Umihara Kawase is set to release in Japan this summer. The game has a debut trailer for your viewing pleasure. The Umihara Kawase series has seen several different consoles during its lifetime including the more recent games on the Sony PlayStation, PlayStation Portable and the Nintendo DS. This time round the game is releasing for the Nintendo 3DS system, perhaps because of the success that the game saw in Japan on the DS system.
The original staff has been confirmed as being involved in all aspects of this game development. Sayonara Umihara Kawase will have a cast of characters including a playable, younger Umihara Kawase as her twenty year old self, a descendant of hers and her childhood Emiko.
