ps4

Recently we reported that Sony is going to have a presentation of February 20th, showcasing the future of the PlayStation. Many have speculated, and rightfully so, that Sony will be revealing their PS4. Rumors about the PS4 have been circling the internet for ages, but now it seems more reliable sources are speaking up, perhaps in light of the upcoming presentation.

Edge has a slew of rumored PS4 details that are coming from a supposed industry insider. For one, the insider expects a release this holiday season for Japan and the US, with a release in Europe early in 2014. The insider also gives details about the new controller and how it will still resemble a dual shock controller, but will also have a touch pad in the middle similar to what the Vita uses. The insider also claims that the PS4 will be more powerful than Microsoft’s next system, currently code named Durango.

Remember folks, we add rumor to the title because this is only a rumor, which means it could be completely bogus, or there may be some truth to it but we just do not know. None the less, I enjoy the speculation.
