It’s been quite the week for us at Operation Rainfall. I mean, Pandora’s Tower was announced for a North American localization thanks to XSEED! In light of this wonderful news, the Operation Rainfall Retro Commercial Research Team (in other words, me) will be doing something a bit different with this week’s wrap-up.
