Fate/Extra CCC is a dungeon crawler coming to Japan for the PlayStation Portable. The game is also a sequel and companion game for Fate/Extra and has recently gotten a delayed release date. The release date was pushed back from February 21, 2013 until March 28, 2013. To keep you excited for its eventual Japan release – and maybe one day a Western one as well – I have a new video to share with you.

The video, which confirms the new release date, also shows us some characters and a few fight scenes. If Fate/Extra CCC gets a North American (or European) release, is this something you would pick up to play?

What's up everyone? Crystal here! I spend my time writing up the news for you all and keeping us all up to date with incoming game info from Japan. I do a little bit of everything else around here, too. 🙂 Happy Reading!

  • This’ll never come to the states alas. But I think I’d buy it if it did.

    • Austin

Actually, given the company that localized the first one(Aksys) is centered around niche titles, and this is a series that they have worked on in the past, I think there is a fairly good chance it could get localized. Especially since 140,000+ copies of Fate/Extra were sold in less than a year. Which is pretty good by niche game standards, and is more than half of the total copies sold worldwide(250,000+). The only reason I think it really wouldn’t get localized is the fact that it’s on the PSP, which being phased out.

  • Yes, yes it would. Assuming it also gets a PSN download release.
