The rumors were true.  Mass Effect 3 is coming the Wii U!  As of yet, there is no word on Wii U specific features, whether or not previous Mass Effect games will be released on the Wii U as well, or a release date.

Commander Shepherd is coming to Nintendo. Took him awhile...

  • Sounds good.  Let’s see if the Wii U audience will complain about the ending.

  • mass effect doesnt appeal to me anyway..i dont get why it needed to be put on wii u..it was already bad enough on the other platforms

    • Its only the ending that’s been widely criticized.  The overall story and gameplay are actually held in high repute.

  • I hope they add some control oprions. Playing with the Wii-mote and nunchuck would be cool, and an alternate could be putting the weapon/power wheels on the Wii-U gamepad, so you don’t have to pause all the time. They could also mut a map on the gamepad that you could use to direct your squad.
