UPDATE:
From Nintendo of America customer service: “The Xenoblade Chronicles game and Classic Controller Pro accessory are shipped together, but there isn’t a unique box or any special packaging. The benefit of buying the bundle is that you save $5.00 by buying the game and controller together. They come in the standard packaging.”

Nintendo of America has made a “Special Bundle” available for purchase directly from ShopNintendo. All we know at the moment is that it will include the game itself and a black classic controller pro. We still aren’t sure if the bundle includes any other extras or if it will come in oversized packaging. Limited editions in various parts of Europe included items such as signed posters, artbooks, a red classic controller pro, and a soundtrack CD.

At this time, you can only pre-order this special bundle directly from ShopNintendo. There is a limit of ONE (1) bundle per household.

Also, Nintendo of America has updated their website to let customers know that orders will begin shipping on April 6th, 2012. We will be sure to keep you updated as we learn more information.
