Operation Rainfall is going to be attending the fourth annual Computer Games Boot Camp!
Computer Games Boot Camp (CGBC) is an entirely free event held in Melbourne, Australia, at Monash University’s Clayton campus. It’s a weeklong event catered towards high school students from years 9 – 12 who have a keen interest in video games. It’s an exciting event that attracts all kinds of people in the industry, and it’s a great place for students and volunteers alike to meet people and make connections.
Having been an attendee the past two years, I will this year be giving a presentation at CGBC on behalf of Operation Rainfall. I’ll get five minutes up on the main stage, and then 50 minutes with my own room I can use to give the presentation.
The main presentation will run from 3:10 – 4:00 AEST on the afternoon of Saturday July 7th in building 8 at Monash, which is also known as the Rotunda.
Stay tuned, as there will be a follow-up article when the presentation gets uploaded to Youtube, which will be done before the end of August.
If you’re a fan of Operation Rainfall and you’re going to CGBC, come up and say hi! I’ll be there volunteering all week!
