Monster Hunter 4, the latest in Capcom’s hit action series, will be hitting 3DSs in Japan in the summer of next year!
The game was originally slated for a release in March of next year, but has now been delayed for “further quality enhancements”.
Something I find intriguing is that Capcom have not only updated their site with the news in Japanese, but they also translated the announcement to English so we could read it.
Monster Hunter 4 is the second game in the series to be released for the Nintendo 3DS, the first being the upcoming Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. It’s the beginning of a new generation, bringing in new monsters, a truckload of new gameplay elements and even a couple of new weapons. Monster Hunter 4 will be the first game in the series to have multiple towns for the player to visit to travel between as well.
Personally, I think it good that Capcom have decided to give themselves more time to complete the game if it means we’ll get a product of better quality. I’m also quite interested in the fact that they bothered to translate to and then post this news in English for all of us to see.
Is anyone else as excited for Monster Hunter 4 as I am?
