Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster - oprainfall
It seems that it is not just the graphics that are getting enhanced in Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster. The musical score will be upgraded as well.

In Final Fantasy X HD, a total of 60 tracks—about two-thirds of the soundtrack—have been rearranged and remastered. Additionally, in Final Fantasy X-2 HD, the sound source has been added so you can now hear the music much more clearly.

The soundtrack staff for the HD Remasters include musical director/arranger Masashi Hamauzu, musical director Keiji Kawamori, arrangement by Junya Nakano, Tsutomu Narita and Hirosato Noda, and lead composition supervisor Nobuo Uematsu.

There is also a 30-minute audio drama that was written by Kazushige Nojima specifically for this remake. Square Enix has released an English-language preview of it that you can check out below.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will also feature trophies, which you can acquire by completing the required tasks. For example, there’s “Mega Strike” in FFX HD, which you can get by dealing 99,999 damage in a single attack, and “Discern TPO” in FFX-2 HD, which you earn by changing Dresspheres for all three playable character during a single battle.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will be released sometime in 2013 and is available for pre-order at Amazon.com and Amazon.ca.
