During their All Aksys 2024 stream, Aksys Games announced that they are bringing the Nintendo Switch port of Tokyo Xanadu eX+ to western fans in the summer of 2024. The Nintendo Switch version is based on the previous PlayStation 4 release, meaning it will have the extra story, dungeons, playable characters, and game modes which were added in the PS4 version. The new release will also have an updated localization. As an extra bonus, the Nintendo Switch version will include all DLC previously released for the game.

Tokyo Xanadu first launched in the west for PlayStation Vita on June 30, 2017. It received an updated port, eX+, with added features for PlayStation 4 and PC on December 8, 2017. The Nintendo Switch port is scheduled to launch in Summer 2024. The description on the YouTube trailer states it should be releasing in June.
