Remothered: Broken Porcelain is the latest survival horror game from Italian director and game artist, Chris Darril and Stormind Games.
The latest trailer for Remothered: Broken Porcelain recaps the story so far in the service of new players. The studio has also expressed that this new entry will be approachable for newcomers.
Broken Porcelain is the sequel to Remothered: Tortured Fathers and is the second entry in a planned trilogy. The series is very reminiscent of classic horror games due to its puzzle-solving, stealth, and eerie atmosphere. While some critics were divided, the original game earned praise from Silent Hill creator, Keiichiro Toyama-who also expressed interest in working with Chris Darril on a horror game.
From the press release:
Remothered: Broken Porcelain serves as both prequel and sequel to its predecessor, evolving the series’ tense atmosphere and story-advancing puzzles while granting players new ways to fend off unsettling enemies. The Ashmann Inn’s surreal threats can even turn friend to foe, so players would be wise to keep their wits sharp as they help Jennifer and Rosemary find the answers they’re desperately looking for.
