Alongside Gamescom, developer Cyanide and publisher Nacon are releasing more information about Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood. The brand new Cahal trailer unearths game protagonist Cahal’s past. As you may have guessed, Cahal is a werewolf, and he belongs to the Fianna tribe. Cahal is also a father who was forced into exile. Now, he must flee those he loves just to protect them from his own rage! His family includes his wife, Ludmila, and his daughter, Aedana. He is also trying to protect his best friends, Ava and Rodko, who are always there for him. The game is set to launch for PC (Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X on February 4th, 2021. Here is the brand new Cahal trailer:
In the world of Werewolf: The Apocolypse – Earthblood, the antagonist is Endron, a petroleum subsidiary of a mega corporation know as Pentex. All of Cahal’s seething rage and violence stems from these evil, destructive corporate titans. Not only did they destroy his life, resulting in a deep grudge, but they also continue to be a serious threat to Mother Earth. Cahal seeks to end them in any way that he can!
Werewolf: The Apocolypse – Earthblood is adapted from the horror franchise. The press release describes it as “mature, brutal, and complex”. Cahal will play a pivotal role in the great war against Pentex, a war led by Garous. Here are a few screenshots showing the game in action:
