The stylish retro-inspired Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 adds a new Legend Mode with the release of Ver. 1.3.0, out now. The mode is available to all players and introduces a new difficulty level that surpasses Veteran difficulty, giving expert demon slayers a new challenge to conquer.
Developer Inti Creates identified an issue after the launch of the new version, however, and plan to release an emergency fix patch (Ver. 1.3.1) for all platforms as they are ready to distribute. The patch is already live on PlayStation 4 and Steam versions of the game. Ver. 1.3.1 addresses the following issues:
- An issue that was causing the game to not auto-save after exiting Boss Rush Mode has been fixed.
- An issue that was causing the game to sometimes not copy over difficulty settings when save data was copied on the File Select screen has been fixed
Until the Ver. 1.3.1 patch is live, users on platforms still playing on Ver 1.3.0 can implement a work-around to the first issue by starting Boss Rush mode once more from the Title Screen after exiting Boss Rush once. This will trigger the game to auto-save. The Boss Rush mode was added two weeks ago.
