Here’s the original game trailer:
Sparklite is inspired by multiple games like The Legend of Zelda, but mixes in a steampunk theme, rogue-like elements, some very unique items, and some procedural generation. You play as a young mechanic named Ada. Each time you descend to the surface of the world, it will be different. The core of the world has a defense mechanism against the abuse of sparklite ore. This mechanism is responsible for “fractures”, which refers to each time that the world changes. In-game, this happens whenever you die and return to the surface. The changing layout of the world is meant to delay wrongdoers, and as it happens there is one.
An evil Baron has built a mining operation in each biome to extract large quantities of sparklite ore for his own dark aspirations. You’ll need to collect sparklite ore from the surface to research and create items, and improve your stats if you’re going to save the world of Geodia!
