Ori and the Will of the Wisps is the sequel to the critically acclaimed, 2D platformer, Ori and the Blind Forest. This time, Ori will venture beyond the forest of Nibel. It continues the gorgeous art style of the original, and aims to stay true to the original game’s challenging gameplay. It also continues the first game’s musical style, and emotional story telling in an all new adventure.
Ori and the Will of the Wisps has a new combat system, with spirit weapons, skills, and spells to create new dynamic combat mechanics for Ori to utilize. This also allows you to choose the combat tools that match your style of play. Ori’s abilities can be powered up using the new shard system, too. You will also find yourself face to face with epic, large bosses, and there are allies in the world waiting to be discovered. They will offer you services or optional quests to embark upon.
