Universal Studios / Nintendo Collaboration

You may have heard about Universal Studios / Nintendo Collaboration to make a theme park area with a Mario theme. Well, it seems Universal Studios Japan and Nintendo have construction of Nintendo World underway, as one mysterious person was able to take some pictures of what is done so far. The park located in Osaka, Japan had a large Super Mario level construct sitting in its parking lot. The person who took the pictures posted them to their Twitter and Instagram accounts.

That’s not all, as Universal Studios Japan has released a short video on their YouTube channel, showing a taste of what they may have in store for this project:

The video shows a pretty cool area with iconic locations from the Super Mario franchise, including such places as Princess Peach’s Castle and Bowser’s Fortress. Much of the area in the video looks like a giant Super Mario level, with all the bright, cheery colors the games are known for.

Here are more of the pictures taken by the person:

Lastly, below is the source link but I want to give you fair warning. If you go to the source link below, that webpage has a number of pornographic ads on it.

Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general). I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
