Anime studio Trigger has taken to Twitter to announce that Little Witch Academia will be get a new anime series.
Originally, Little Witch Academia was a short directed by Yoh Yoshinari (Gurren Lagann Parallel Works). After, the company launched a very successful KickStarter campaign. This spawned a short episode that ended up being a 50-minute long film.
Now, it seems the company is ready to turn this fan driven project to the big time, and give Little Witch Academia it’s own series.
