I apologize for missing this, but I wanted to share this with you anyhow: last week, Shiro Games announced the release of Evoland 2, the sequel to 2013’s Evoland, for PC. As you may remember, Evoland was a game about the evolution of video games, which was met with mild criticism. Shiro Games seems to have taken this to heart, and has returned with a bigger, more ambitious sequel crafted by a larger team. Evoland 2 is also touching upon more genres other than RPGs, such as platformers, rhythm and even fighting games. Since Evoland 2 is its own game, you won’t be required to play the first to get into it. We hope to get a review in for this soon, but for now, we’ve got some screens and a trailer of the game to show you.
You can purchase Evoland 2 on Steam for $19.99.
