Nintendo Download: February 5th, 2015 (Europe)

Get ready European Monster Hunter fans, as a free demo for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate hits the 3DS eShop this week in your region. But a demo isn’t the only thing happening in this week’s Nintendo Download Europe.

WayForward’s Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse comes to both the Wii U and 3DS eShops. If you already own the game on one system, you can get a discount for it on the other. Meanwhile, the once-mobile RPG Alphadia Genesis makes it way to the Wii U. There isn’t much in the way of Virtual Console games, but the Wii U sees the Game Boy Advance’s Mega Man Zero 2. Also, you can pick up new retro Link and Samus themes for your 3DS.

Curve Digital is having a sale where you can get 25% off their Wii U games, but if you own one of their titles already, it’s 35% off.

Nintendo eShop on Wii U

Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse is available for €16.99 / £15.99 / CHF23.99, but is €8.49 / £7.99 / CHF11.99 for users who have already downloaded the Nintendo 3DS version of the game with the same Nintendo Network ID. It is also available for 3DS at the same price, and has the same offer for users who already downloaded the Wii U version with the same NNID.
