Godzilla has seen a resurgence over the last year, with a recent film and several comic book series under his spines. Not content with non-interactive adventures, Godzilla will return to the realm of gaming next month in Japan on the aging PlayStation 3. In anticipation of the upcoming release, Bandai Namco Games has released two character-focused gameplay trailers. Both trailers feature the king of monsters himself, one based on his traditional T-Rex design, and the other based on his recent movie incarnation. Naturally, destruction and carnage ensue.
Godzilla on PS3 is scheduled for release in Japan on December 18.
