The next entry in the Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya anime series, Fate/kaleid liner Prima Illya FINALE, has been announced as a TV anime series scheduled to air in 2027. The sequel to Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya: Licht Nameless Girl was previously announced in 2021, but little was revealed about it, until now.

In regards to the new anime, Director Shin Onuma said it was originally considered to be a theatrical film, but in the end was decided to be a TV series. Parts of the manga will be expanded upon in the anime with cooperation and supervision from the manga’s author, Hiroshi Hiroyama.
As for the manga series, Comptiq announced it is heading towards its climax. In response to the anime finale’s announcement, Hiroshi Hiroyama mentioned he is making progress on the manga and to please wait a little longer.
Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya FINALE is a TV anime series planned to air in 2027. It will conclude the Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya anime. The first anime series aired in 2013 and has since had three additional TV anime seasons (2wei, 2wei Herz, 3rei), two anime films, and an original video animation (OVA).
