Fate/EXTRA Record has been delayed from its original 2025 release window to Spring 2026. The announcement apologized for the delay and stated that the team worked hard to meet the 2025 release, but concluded a delay was needed to ensure a better quality product was delivered to customers.
In addition to the delay announcement, pre-orders were opened for two special physical editions available for the game. These two exclusive physical editions can be purchased from the ASOBI STORE.
