KOEI TECMO and Gust have announced that they will be releasing deluxe versions of the Atelier Ryza games sometime later this year. The Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack is scheduled to launch sometime later this year, 2025. A more specific release date has not yet been announced at this time.
Now, KOEI TECMO America does state in the press release and trailer that the deluxe versions of these games will release digitally in the West for the original Switch, Switch 2, PS4, PS5 and PC via Steam. However, last year they also announced in a press email that the new Atelier Resleriana game would be headed to both PS4 and PS5, as well as PC, with no fine print in the email stating otherwise. And then later on, earlier this year, they more clearly clarified that they weren’t actually localizing the PS4 version. So as of now, it looks like we’re getting the Deluxe Trilogy on all of those platforms digitally, neither their press email nor the trailer’s description on YouTube contain any fine print yet stating otherwise. Nonetheless, it now wouldn’t be unheard of for them to later decide not to localize this release for certain older consoles.
According to the trailer and press release, the Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack will contain all three games, in addition to extra content, including new playable characters and various new story elements. Also, there will be a special livestream on August 4th at 9 p.m. JST, in Japanese only, to reveal additional details and announce the official release date. In the Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack, players can revisit the summer adventures of fan-favorite alchemist, Reisalin Stout, and her friends in a collection featuring all three titles from the “Secret” series including Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout (2019), Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy (2020), and Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key (2023). The Deluxe Pack will include exclusive content such as new playable characters and new story elements for each of the three titles, allowing fans to extend their adventures alongside Ryza.
