Frieren | Season 2 Teaser Visual

During a special screening to celebrate the anime’s 1st anniversary, a second season was announced for Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End. MADHOUSE returns to produce the anime, and the second season’s story will start from chapter 61, volume 7 of the original manga.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End is a manga written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe. It is published by Shogakukan in Weekly Shonen Sunday. The manga is licensed by Viz Media for release in North America. The anime’s first season was produced by MADHOUSE and ran for 28 episodes. It aired from September 2023 to March 2024 and Crunchyroll streamed the series in North America.
