When I saw that MangaGamer was releasing Guilty’s Nightmare X Sisters – Sacrifice of Lust-Hell, I knew I wanted to check it out when I saw the quality of the Live 2D. It’s been a while since I played a visual novel with some outstanding animated work, and I’ve been on a horror kick lately as well, so this fit the bill nicely. Let’s see if this was the quality release I thought, or just a pile of demon waste.

The story here follows two sisters, Setsuna and Yuka Shindo. They were taken under the care of the church at an early age and trained as Exorcists. Though Setsuna may seem like an ordinary student during the day, fighting off the demons that plaque mankind is her duty. Yuka finds herself in a bit of trouble when she is kidnapped by a mysterious organization run by a powerful masked man. Setsuna and her childhood friend set out to rescue her from the devilish group, but they too will fall victim to their evil plot. What will become of these sisters? Can they escape and defeat these demons? Only time will tell!

The story here is pretty much what you expect for a Nukige, but does keep you engaged enough to see what happens to these girls in the end. This one is certainly not for folks who don’t like forced sex or group activities, but if those are your cup of tea you will find a lot to love here. Personally I thought it was a bit much, but to each their own. The writing quality here is great in any case, with plenty of details in the numerous H-Scenes and the characters’ personalities shine through as well.

The artwork here is pretty outstanding. Both of the girls are drawn with plenty of details in each of their outfits, and the CG work here is top notch as well. If you wanna see the story with girls completely in their undies or in the buff you can even strip these away at any time you choose with a click of the mouse. This is a great feature for those who think girls in visual novels just wear too much clothing all the time. To go along with this great artwork, all of the game’s numerous H-Scenes feature some quality Live 2D animations. These are all presented very well, and add to the overall appeal of this release.

The voice actors in Nightmare X Sisters – Sacrifice of Lust-Hell do a wonderful job as well. They do a great job bringing these girls to life and giving the H-Scenes a lot more impact. I would certainly suggest a pair of headphones for those not wanting to share the girls’ sexual misadventures with their friends and neighbors. The sound effects are nothing special, but they get the job done and add some more spice to the over-the-top nature of the these scenes.

All in all Nightmare X Sisters – Sacrifice of Lust-Hell is a good release for those who like this kind of content. The art designs and animations are all very well done, and It will give you around six hours of hardcore Nukige action at a $29.99 price tag. This may seem a bit steep but the quality is here to justify it. However, if you’re not into forced content or like more fluffy sex stories, this likely isn’t going to be a good fit for you.
