MangaGamer has announced How a Healthy Hentai Administers Public Service is now up for pre-order in their store. This is the follow up to How to Live a Healthy Hentai Lifestyle that I reviewed a while back. If CLOCK UP was even more degenerate this time around that would be truly impressive! Anyways, the game will set you back $40.45, which includes a pre-order discount.

Usually I’d put some sample CG here, but everything is a bit too spicy for the site. You can check out MangaGamer’s blog site for some samples, but note the final release will be completely uncensored with no mosaics.

Here is more about the game from the press release:

How a Healthy Hentai Administers Public Service

An abundance of sex appeal is an indispensable trait for we humans, who inherited the genes of our ancestors with the promise that we will pass them down to our offspring.
Nutrition, sleep, and sex.
These are the three necessities of human life. And in this world, there are those known as “perverts,” humans overflowing with healthy levels of sexual attractiveness, and who work hard to satisfy the carnal appetites of both themselves and others.Copulation to Completion!

Once sexual intercourse has begun, it must continue until all parties are satisfied. Sex officers working for the Office of Sexual Affairs live by these words.
Sex officers are civil servants who offer sexual services to the public. Their existence is a cornerstone for the maintenance of societal order. Their services are an outlet for sexual desire, an outlet which recharges mind and body and prevents the build up of sexual frustration. The one absolute requirement for becoming a sex officer is that you must be a pervert.

This story is a documentary focused on the office’s community division, the department which deals the most with the public. Taking the viewpoint of a newly appointed sex officer, this is an exploration of an officer’s honorable daily efforts to bring sexual relief to the public.

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
