A new anime is in the works for Rooster Teeth and Monty Oum’s RWBY series. RWBY: Ice Queendom is scheduled to premiere in 2022 and is produced by Studio SHAFT, known for their work on the Monogatari series and Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

The story is as follows:

In the world of Remnant, a place where science and fairy tales coexist, human civilization is plagued by deadly monsters known as the Grimm.
