XSEED Games sent out a press release today with a couple of different things to announce. First of all, STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of Mineral Town has now sold 1 million copies worldwide, just like Pioneers of Olive Town. Not only that, but XSEED also mentions that the game is now available on the Epic Games Store. Previously it was only available for PC via Steam. And finally, the 1.1.0 update for STORY OF SEASONS: Pioneers of Olive Town is now officially available as well.

New experiences introduced in this massive update include “Spirit Quests,” in which the protagonist acts as a medium between townsfolk and Sprites, completing requests for rewards such as fresh looks and handy upgrades like a mysterious ladder connecting areas of the farm. Players can also deepen their relationship with their family in new post-marriage event scenes, and the six marriage candidates in the paid DLC “Expansion Pass” can attend couple-oriented festivals such as the Snowshine Celebration.
