Nintendo has announced the theme of their upcoming 23rd Tetris 99 Maximus Cup. They state that this next Maximus Cup theme will feature background art, music and Tetrimino designs which were inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD. The event will start this Friday August 6th at 12am Pacific and end on Monday August 9th at 11:59pm Pacific. To unlock the Skyward Sword theme permanently, as usual you’ll have to earn a total of at least 100 points before the event ends. Feel free to check out the trailer down below
