Bandai Namco Entertainment America has dropped a huge update regarding it’s Dragon Ball games. The press release was divided into several sections per game, and covers three Dragon Ball games in all. First up, we have the biggest update, which is coming to Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 on August 26th (later on Stadia):

Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2

This free update will arrive on PC, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4. First of all, Supreme Kai of Time is joining the battle. The update also adds a new mission, and three brand new raid events. Ten new partner customizations are coming, with three new costumes/accessories. The update also adds nine new techniques, and 13 new Super Souls. Ultimate Instinct Goku will now get to use Divine Kamehameha, a new skill, on his enemies. Finally, load screens are getting some new illustrations, and new mascots will have three color variations. This free update arrives on August 26th (unless you’re on Stadia, where it will come later). Here’s the update trailer:

Dragon Ball FighterZ

Next up, we have an update for Dragon Ball FighterZ. Master Roshi is set to join the roster sometime in September. An exact release date will be announced in the coming weeks. In the meantime, they’ve released some Master Roshi art:

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

Coming soon in the A New Power Awakens Part 2 DLC, Goku and Vegeta will soon gain the ability to transform into Super Saiyan God Super Saiyans. Once the update arrives, players will get to unleash damage to all nearby foes using Ultimate Kamehameha. Unfortunately, a release date has not yet been announced, so more details are yet to come. In the meantime, they have released some brand new screenshots to check out:

Michael Fontanini
Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general). I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
