The official website for the new Love Live! project TV anime has revealed 5 new characters as well as the main staff. This anime is separate from the one which will focus on the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club. The new project will take place in a school which has recently reopened, so unlike School idol project and Sunshine!!, all of the students will be in their first year.

The 5 character’s names from left to right are as follows (thanks to @LL_Wikia for the translations):
- Arashi Chisato
- Heanna Sumire
- Shibuya Kanon
- Tan Kuku
- Hazuki Ren
The profiles for each character as well as the results of the school name poll will be revealed in volume 7 of the Love Live! Days General Magazine which launches in Japan on Monday, May 18.

The new Love Live! project TV anime is currently in production. There is no exact release date at this time.
