It has been announced that the lead villain in Phantom: Covert Ops will be voiced by the David Hayter. The Metal Gear Solid voice actor will be taking the role of General Zhurov. The stealth title takes place in 1991 at a secret base on the Black Sea, where the former Soviet officer is attempting to change the ending of the Cold War. The game which is for the Oculus Rift and Quest will be launching on June 25. A trailer was released to showcase the game’s antagonist.
