Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story is now available to download in the United States and Canada for Android and iOS devices. The game is a spin-off of Puella Magi Madoka Magica and features new characters along with returning fan-favorites such as Madoka Kaname and Homura Akemi.

The synopsis of the game is as follows:

The stage is set in a burgeoning city called Kamihama.

“What’s happening here…”

Iroha Tamaki has tracked her missing little sister, Ui, to Kamihama City.

Eventually, a magical girl from Mitakihara City named Homura Akemi appears.

“I may be able to save Madoka if I can get to the bottom of what’s happening here…”

Another hope is born when the Magical Girls of two cities cross paths.

Due to two successful Pre-Release Campaigns, new players will be able to receive a total of 500 Magia Stones at 12 am PDT, the day after they start the game. Magia Stones are in-game currency which can be used to summon new units. 500 Magia Stones will allow players to perform two 10-roll summons. Players will also be able to claim Homura Akemi (Glasses), a four star unit, from the Shop after clearing Chapter 1 Episode 2 Battle 2. The 500 Magia Stones will stop being distributed after July 9, 2019 at 12:00 am PDT. Homura Akemi (Glasses) will be available to claim for an unlimited duration.

Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica is available now for iOS and Android devices. You can reach the game’s official website HERE.
