MangaGamer officially announces that the groundbreaking yuri visual novel, The Expression: Amrilato, is now available for purchase. In addition to this, we find out the price, it will cost $24.95 and is available on MangaGamer, Steam and GoG. This visual novel in particular is noteworthy due to being the first of its kind to teach Esperanto.

The Expression: Amrilato summary and game features provided by MangaGamer:

High schooler Rin was out buying a snack in her hometown’s shopping district when her surroundings suddenly transform. She should know this area well, but the unreadable letters on the signs and the strange language the people spoke made things completely unrecognizable! Just then, Ruka, a girl so cute she could be an idol, appears and extends a helping hand. This is the story, pure and sometimes frustrating, of two girls intertwining by their fumbling efforts to communicate.

– Study Esperanto through the quiz-oriented Study Mode.
– The Study Mode can be played on its own as a review.
– If you want to prioritize the story, you can just set the quizzes as “Homework”
– After clearing the game, you can select if you want to display the Esperanto translation as subtitles or not.

This captivating story releases in Japan on August 2017 to great reception. Thus, MangaGamer announces the localization on August 2018. The particularity of it teaching another language and Esperanto at that make it a very unique selection. This writer encourages you to check it out.
