Re:ZERO‘s second OVA will release theatrically this fall in Japan, according to Crunchyroll.
Advanced tickets for Re: ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Frozen Bonds (Hyouketsu no Kizuna) will be available this weekend at Kadokawa’s AnimeJapan booth at Tokyo Big Sight.
There will also be a special AnimeJapan stage event on March 23 featuring the voices behind Subaru (Yusuke Kobayashi), Emilia (Rie Takahashi), Puck (Yumi Uchiyama), Rem (Inori Minase), and Ram (Rie Murakawa).
The OVA is based on the story of the same name, which details Emilia’s first meeting with Puck.
Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- is a series of light novels by author Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka. The first novel was released on April 20, 2012, and the series is ongoing. The 25-episode anime adaptation by Studio White Fox aired from April 4 through Sept. 19, 2016. The first OVA, Memory Snow, also adapted by Studio White Fox, was released on Oct. 6, 2018.
