Today a new trailer for Dead of Alive Xtreme 3: Scarlet released. This one shows off some of the gameplay and collectors edition costumes. I hope you like desserts! Sadly, the official website revealed the PlayStation 4 version would see even further censorship. It was previously revealed the PlayStation 4 version wouldn’t include the cash shop item that made the swimsuit malfunction more easily. Now it appears that some costumes that have the malfunction feature will be censored on the PlayStation 4. DLC swimsuits that have the break feature will not be destroyed on this version either.

This leaves gamers with a choice, deal with Sony’s censorship for VR and 60 FPS, or go with the Switch version that has HD Rumble at 30 FPS with no censorship.

Dead of Alive Xtreme 3: Scarlet will release on March 20th for both the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. You can purchase both at Play-Asia using the links below and help support oprainfall.

About Steve Baltimore

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
