Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced the contents of the Anniversary Bundle (North America) and Premium Edition (Europe) for Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition.
The two editions have different contents and are as follows:

This is available to pre-order from Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe’s online store for PlayStation 4, Switch and Xbox One.
Both the NA and EU Switch physical versions of the game will come on a 16 GB cart with no need for an additional download to play the game.
Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition is set to release worldwide on January 11, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Switch, Xbox One and PC via Steam.
