Following up on the leak and the game’s official reveal a couple weeks ago, Sega has released a full trailer for Team Sonic Racing for E3 2018, giving us our first full look at the game. The game will also be playable for E3 attendees.
You can see the trailer, featuring the main theme by Crush 40, below:
Team Sonic Racing features races between three-character teams, with the trailer showing off a race between Team Sonic (Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles) and Team Dark (Shadow, Rouge, and E-123 Omega). It also shows off some of the new tracks, as well as Wisp power-ups that players will be able to use.
The game is being developed by Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing series developer Sumo Digital (although the game will only include Sonic characters), and is set for release on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Steam this winter. More information will be available in the future on the game’s official site.
