MangaGamer have announced that they will be releasing their 18+ otome visual novel Fashioning Little Miss Lonesome in physical format. It will be shipping March 29th and will be available in either a standard edition ($24.95) or with a wallscroll ($49.95). The wallscroll will also be available separately for $29.95. The standard edition contains the 18+ game on DVD-ROM, a Steam key and a suggestive reversible cover.
Furthermore, MangaGamer stuff member le_kaitsu reveals (via Twitter) that the boxart was designed with conventions and international buyers in mind, hence there is nothing explicit on the outer box and only suggestive imagery on the inside (sample images are below).
