Sekai Project have had several announcements to make at this year’s Anime Expo. The VN publisher has a variety of galge visual novels to announce for Western release, as well as existing updates on current ones. Note that these announcements are for all ages versions only as this is the Sekai Project panel, any 18+ versions will likely come from the seperate Denpasoft panel.
First of all there were release dates announced for current projects. News broke that the SRPG/visual novel hybrid Baldr Sky will have it’s Dive1 and Dive2 releases combined into one package and will be coming out in early 2018. Wagamama High Spec from Wagahigh will be releasing on 25th July and Koi ga Saku Koro Sakura Doki from Pallette will be releasing this autumn.
Next up is the localisation announcements of two titles from a new partner – Yuzusoft. The titles in question are Senran*Banka and Dracu Riot. There are no release dates yet for either of the galge visual novels.
Furthermore, a game with a really long name titled Ninja Girl and the Mysterious Army of Urban Legend Monsters ~Hunt of the Headless Horseman~ was announced. This title is from code:jp.
Sekai Project will also be localising and publishing three in-development titles. These titles are Island Diary from Saji Sasai, Narkarma EngineA from Noevectacle and another VN titled Eternal. Eternal is slated for a 2018 release.
The final announcement is that Sekai have acquired Rewrite+ from VisualArts/Key. This massive title is a double pack of both a revised version of the original Rewrite and it’s fandisc, Harvest Festa. It was originally announced to be coming from VisualArts themselves as is the case with Little Busters! English Edition.
