Aksys Games had a lot of new titles to announce at this years Anime Expo. There are a slew of new titles coming to Western gamers over the next year, especially if you are a fan of otome. However there is plenty of other titles here so hopefully there will be something for you. Anyway, let’s go over these latest games coming your way.
Firstly, Aksys Games announced Creeping Terror for both 3DS and Steam. It is made by Sushi Typhoon Games, the same developers as the upcoming Tokyo Tattoo Girls. It is due to release this autumn.
Next up, Aksys are bringing over Ninja Usigimaru: Two Tails of Adventure from Arc System Works.
Additionally, they have also revealed themselves as the North American publisher for Bergsala Lightweight’s Drive Girls. It will be releasing both physically and digitally in North America on 11th August exclusively on PS Vita.
Now we are going to outline the otome announcements, all from Idea Factory’s Otomate brand. First up, Collar x Malice has been dated for the end of July. Bad Apple Wars is releasing on 29th September in North America. A limited edition is also planned. Code:Realize ~Future Blessings~ has been slated for a 2018 release likewise the PS4 double pack of both Guardians of Rebirth and Future Blessings, now called Code:Realize ~Bouquet of Rainbows~.
Additionally, three new Idea Factory otomes have been announced for release in 2018 all exclusively for PS Vita. The games are 7’scarlet (co-developed by Toybox Inc.) and the first two entries in the Psychedelica series (Psychedelica of the Black Butterfly and Psychedelica of the Ashen Hawk).
Next up, School Girl/Zombie Hunter was announced for PS4. This will be coming west in late 2017. This Tamsoft-developed title originally released in Japan back in January via D3 Publisher and is a spinoff of the Onechanbara series.
The last two titles announced are also from Arc System Works. The first new title was Jake Hunter Detective Story: A Ghost in the Dusk which is coming to the 3DS in 2018. The second title is the next release in the Under Night In-Birth series titled Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[st]. It will be releasing on PS4, PS3 and PS Vita in late 2017. The PS4 version will recieve a physical release, whereas the PS3 and PS Vita versions will be digital only.
