MangaGamer has released the legendary adult RPG series, Rance, just barely before Christmas. They’ve got two installments available in this “hyper” package for fans to nab. It includes Rance 5D: The Lonely Girl, and Rance VI: Collapse of Zeth.

In Rance 5D, Rance sets out to recoup all of the money he’s blown! To that end, Rance sets out on an adventure with his pet, Athena 2.0, and his slave girl, Sill. No two play-throughs will be the same since movement and battle are determined by dice rolls. Strategic management of skills, item drops, and time are also very important. The press release included a link to a promotional video for Rance 5D as well:

The second title in the package is Rance VI: Collapse of Zeth. In this installment, Rance travels with Sill once again, but this time the destination is the magical Kingdom of Zeth. Rance is headed there to take a new job. Unfortunately, in Zeth mages are considered superior, and all others are treated as lesser people! Winding up imprisoned, Rance is indignant about this and the discrimination aimed his way, so he joins the rebellion. The goal is to lead Zeth into a revolution and punish the evil mages. Rance VI is a full 3D dungeon crawler, with over 30 dungeons to delve into, and plenty of monsters and events to encounter. Here is the opening movie:

You can of course grab the bundle on MangaGamer.com for $34.95. You can also check out the full press release below:

About Michael Fontanini

Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general).

I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
