After waiting to see what Visual Arts/Key had in store for Rewrite with their countdown website, we finally know: a mobile game set in the same world as the visual novel.
Called Rewrite IgnisMemoria, the game features over 50 routes not seen before and allows for players to customize their own teams. These teams, composed of both Gaia and Guardian members, will be able to fight through a menu-based combat system. You also will be able to craft items and furniture through Kotori’s atelier.
Rewrite IgnisMemoria releases in Japan on Android and iOS this winter. The original Rewrite was released in 2011 and has since gotten an enhanced version and an anime series.
