The first batch of Hitman (2016)‘s episodic levels have come to an end in what Eidos is calling ‘Season 1’. Basically, this means the game isn’t quite done yet. There’s a lot more to come but we’re not sure how much more, while what exactly will be covered is not set in stone. There will be new locations, and also old locations from previous episodes will be revisited, along with Elusive Targets and other similar returning features. Story details aren’t quite known either.
Physical copies of Season 1 are set to release January 31, 2017. There are two editions, a standard edition and the Steelbook Edition which includes a steelbook, and downloadable content including the soundtrack, “Requiem Blood Money Pack”, Making of Hitman documentary, and 5 Summer Bonus Missions, along with 5 Elusive Targets on launch. It’s not known when the first episode from Season 2 will be available, or when a potential physical copy of Season 2 will be out.
