After teasing a new project last month, Takara Tomy finally announced that the new Zoids project will be a free-to-play MOBA for mobile phones. Developed by Eighting and with character designs by HIRONOX, the game is titled Zoids Field of Rebellion.

The game releases for iOS and Android this winter. A closed beta of 5,000 players is starting in early November. Pre-registering at the official website grants people more “ZOIDS Gold” to make in-game purchases when the game releases. Of course, purchases can also be made with real money.
