A teaser site for a new Zoids project opened today by Takara Tomy. However, not much is known about the project beyond the gritty, realistic image on display at the website.
Is it a new anime? A game? A live action movie? Zoids has its roots as a model kit line, but the franchise created a manga and three anime series, which most of the latter were shown on Cartoon Network. The series also spawned video games, including the Xbox 360 Zoids Assault, a strategy RPG Atlus USA localized back in 2008. We’ll keep you updated when we learn more about the new project.
