The Great Ace Attorney 2, or Day Gyakuten Saiban 2, has just been announced by Capcom at TGS during the “Ace Attorney Series 15th Anniversary Talk & Latest News Special Stage” event. We know little about this sequel, whose exact title is “Dai Gyakuten Saiban 2: Naruhodō Ryūnosuke“. It is not known if it will come on 3DS or on another platform, nor if it will make it to the West. The previous game had not been localized to the West despite requests from fans.J anet Hsu, employee and translator at Capcom had explained the game had not been localized because of “a number of circumstances”. Ace Attorney 6 has just been released a week ago on eShop for $29.99 and features the adventures of Phoenix Wright in the country of Khurain, where lawyers are hated and trials resolved through a divination ritual. In addition to the trailer of Dai Gyakuten Saiban 2, Capcom also unveiled a video paying a tribute to the 15 years of the series. Dai Gyakuten Saiban is a bit different from other Ace Attorney Games as it tells the adventures of Phoenix Wright’s ancestor in the 19th century, during the Meiji Era.
