Pit People

Developer The Behemoth, known for games like Castle Crashers and BattleBlock Theatre, have announced closed beta details for their next game. Their new game is titled Pit People, which is set in an apocalyptic wonderland. It’s a fast-paced, turn-based, coop adventure. The game currently features 12 different fighter classes. Players will also be dogged along the way by a mysterious and power-hungry narrator (played by Will Stamper of BattleBlock Theatre)! You need to have your wits steeled and your troops rallied to survive in this hostile world.

For those interested in taking part in the Steam closed beta, it will be running from September 28th through October 5th. Those already registered for the Xbox One beta also automatically qualify for the Steam closed beta. You can find the registration links in the full press release below:

Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general). I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
